 Quality And Safety Guaranteed:

From the moment you book your adventure with us, we are committed to make your experience enjoyable, safe and completely unforgettable!  We are easy to contact through phone calls, email or social media to respond to any issues or questions you may have before your flight.

Upon your arrival, we will meet you at the airport, having confirmed all arrangements and details to ensure your adventure is without stress or worry.

We ensure your safety for the duration of your stay with us:

  • Long climbing routes or pre-acclimatization climbs up beautiful Mt. Meru to help prevent altitude sickness. We never hurry climbers up the mountain for budget reasons.  We always use the longer routes in order to follow the recommended acclimatization period for any altitude greater than 2500m: sleep no more than 300m higher than your previous night’s camp and to spend an extra night at every third camp.
  • Health checks, air ambulance and emergency oxygen. We ask all climbers to complete a health form so that we know of any health concerns before we begin the climb.  We are members of Amref air rescue for all clients, porters and guides in case of any emergency.  We always carry emergency oxygen with us during our Mt. Kilimanjaro climbs.

Porter safety

  • Our Guides and Porters have internationally accredited First Aid training every 2 years.
  • Our equipment is refreshed every 2 years. We use four season tents for our climbs and keep very good care of our equipment, keeping an eye on any early wear and tear and making sure everything is in good order before we start our climbs.

Our team is primarily made up of local Tanzanians who know the community around Mt. Kilimanjaro well.  They are well informed and aware of any reasons to take caution.  We always put our clients first and will keep you informed of any potential risks should they occur.
